1. Using Your Pendulum

The pendulum is a tool for intuitive reflection. Hold it lightly and still, take a few slow breaths, and observe its movement as you focus on a question or intention. Rather than “giving answers,” the pendulum mirrors your energetic rhythm—helping you notice where you’re in flow or experiencing resistance.

2. Wearing or Working with Your Pendant
