These pieces asked specifically to work together as a pair. They are the counterpart to the Aquanaut Collective — where the Aquanauts work with water and deep emotion, the Karibu work with air and spirit.
The Karibu Blue arrived from a remote site in Africa — pale sky blue, still attached to ancient lava flow when the miners found them. Their energy was felt immediately. Light-headed. Expansive. Otherworldly in the most literal sense. In Swahili, karibu means you are welcome — and that is exactly what these pieces do. They welcome you into something larger than yourself.
Their energy is gentle to the point of feeling almost celestial. Untouched, unworldly, more attuned to the sky and the stars than to the affairs of everyday life. Their specialty is connection — to Spirit Guides, to the Higher Self, to Ascended Masters and Star Beings. For those with mediumship abilities, the Karibu can amplify what is already there. For those still developing that connection, they create the conditions for it to open.
Physically, their effects are felt first in the throat and thyroid, moving upward to the crown before expanding to embrace the heart and anchoring into the earth below — a complete circuit, heaven and earth in one continuous flow. This mirrors the Octahedron: integration, healing, acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion for self and others.

The Karibu carry a light powdery coating of Etherium that continues to leach from the piece, particularly when they are ready to be put to work. If your set is shedding Etherium, it is a sign it is very ready to work with its new guardian.
